To ensure your patient is triaged accurately and allocated a timely consultation, please submit your referral letter along with confirmation of completed diagnostic imaging. You can transmit documents securely using our online portal below, or route them directly from your clinical software via HealthLink EDI: ECORTHOP.

Triage Requirements
To ensure your patient is triaged with priority, please confirm the following:

Valid GP or Specialist referral letter

Recent X-ray or MRI radiology reports

Explicitly note if patient is WorkCover, TAC, or Private Health insured

Instruct patients to respond to text messages to confirm appointments
Incomplete clinical details may impede the initial appointment allocation.
